About Me

I am a Special Education teacher, primarily at the middle school level. My school experience was difficult, as I struggled with ADHD, and ended up leaving high school early by passing a proficiency test. I love working with students who are struggling, because I have an appreciation for how difficult and boring school can be, but I also have come to truly appreciate the value and importance of education. I believe it's up to the teacher to make learning fun and rewarding, and that is what I strive for in all my lessons. Hobbies: books, writing, reading, music, art
