I am currently an undergraduate at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri (WashU), pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychological and Brain Sciences with a minor in Environmental Science. My passion for helping students stems from my belief that education is a fundamental right that can significantly enhance one's quality of life.

Throughout my academic journey, I have gained extensive experience tutoring children both online and in person. I have provided support in a variety of subjects, ranging from ACT/SAT preparation to foundational skills like sight words, coin counting, and reading. Although I have tutored a broad range of subjects, my favorite subjects to tutor are Math and Science. I find these subjects particularly rewarding because they allow me to help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

My teaching philosophy centers around understanding and adapting to each student's unique starting point and individual needs. I believe in creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident to explore and grow. I aim to impart not only knowledge but also a genuine appreciation for the subject matter.

Outside of academia, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, walking, weightlifting, and reading!
