I am a graduate of Delaware State University, where I received a BS in Foods, Nutrition, & Dietetics. I have a MPH in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I received a Ph.D. in Public Health from Walden University. I am a Registered Dietitian and have worked in psychiatric nutrition at a state facility and as a consultant for assisted living facilities and group homes. For the past 14 years, I have worked as professor teaching undergraduate and graduate nutrition and public health classes. I primarily tutor in the areas of science and health/wellness to include Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Nutrition, Public Health, and Health/Wellness. I can also assist with study skills and preparation for the Registered Dietitian Exam. As an educator in higher education, I thoroughly enjoy working with adult learners and high school students assisting them in achieving their personal outcomes. I enjoy serving as a tutor and educator to provide guidance for students to help them navigate their course of study. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, completing Word Find puzzles, and binge watching television.
