Hello! My name is Miss Stacia, I teach a diverse range of classes and love illuminating light on the topic of essential skills. My teaching experience has expanded to diverse learners from over 30 countries in the online learning environment. As a former Walt Disney World Cast Member, I was heavily immersed within the hospitality industry, and there, is where I developed key pillars of service excellence. I graduated from the University of Central Florida where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Event Management, a discipline that strongly influences my expertise in teaching others essential career and life skills. UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management is located in Orlando, Florida, U.S.A and holds the No. 2 ranking of the top Hospitality Management colleges in the world. I had the unraveling opportunity to work coincidingly while earning my degree in the heart of hospitality. I hold certifications in TESOL and TEFL in addition to my experience in teaching English as a second language to students abroad. I also teach an American Sign Language (ASL) introductory course. My passion for teaching ASL derived from my involvement with the North Carolina Deaf Association of Charlotte, NC where I developed sign language communication skills with the community's youth chapter. A change in career and personal growth opportunity has brought my global classroom and family to the American West, Las Vegas, Nevada. Tutoring middle and high school students online are my area of expertise and I love sharing the potential possibilities students may explore once they set out on their life's quest for success.
