About Me

I love teaching, I have done it for the last 4 years at the undergraduate level and there is nothing more gratifying. I deeply enjoy seeing my students flourish and challenge them to excel. I am PhD , yay, finished May 2022, at Purdue University. My area of expertise is food and nutrition; I hold a masters in Nutrition Science (UIUC) and I also am a Registered Dietitian (clinical training at Beaumont HS). My long term goal is to be a research scientist!
