I am an experienced college Spanish professor with thirty years of teaching all levels of Spanish language, as well as Spanish and Spanish American literature, culture, and history. I have a B.A, an M.A, and a Ph.D. in Spanish. In addition to my tutoring and teaching background, I have had extensive experience in course planning and instructor supervision.
I love working with students one-on-one, and I am able to create tutoring sessions to address each learner's individual needs. Throughout my career, I have developed an extensive library of materials to help students learn Spanish, and I have access to numerous resources to tailor my tutoring approach to your particular needs. I am also able to custom my approach to any materials you already have, if that is what you prefer.
Whether you are a high school student in Spanish I, an upper-level secondary student preparing for the Spanish AP exam, a college applicant preparing for placement exams, a college student in need of advanced help in your Spanish courses, or just someone looking to improve your overall proficiency in the language, I am here to help.
My credentials and experience set me apart from many other tutors, so if you are looking for that expert guidance required to succeed at all levels of Spanish learning, I am here to help.
