I enjoy working with students to develop personalized lesson plans, based on their learning style, for acquiring new skills and knowledge. Having taught in a wide variety of contexts, from elementary school children in Peru to adult learners at Universities, I understand the importance of being adaptable and always present and alert to students' needs.

What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe that, while planning for lessons is essential, it is also important to always listen to students and be present in the moment to figure out what the best exercise or strategy is based on the mood and situation.
