As an American History major I'm especially interested in history, government, literature and the arts. Reading and grammar are my specialities! I've worked as a blog editor and communications professional, and so hope to help students improve their essay writing and sentence structure. I have worked with students of all ages and levels, including special needs students with ADHD and autism.

I try to understand where my students are coming from, and meet them where they are at in terms of learning. We are working together to improve your skills.

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

First, we'll go over your goals for what you hope to get out of tutoring and the main skills or blind spots you want to address. Then, we'll create a plan for success and get to work.
