What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe that a student has to know that a teacher is absolutely trustworthy; a student should be able to ask anything he or she wants to ask without any reservations.
How do you evaluate a student's needs?
I evaluate a student's needs by observing the student's output and what they have trouble with.
