A passionate and experienced Elementary School teacher whose basic goal is to meet the educational needs of young learners from different backgrounds and abilities, through a creative and tailored teaching approach. Well versed with IEPs and skilled in providing accommodations for students with learning disabilities- ASD, ADHD, ODD, Non-verbal learners etc. through level-appropriate interactive educational units and games. Skilled in leveraging technology (Smart Boards), multimedia and other instructional technology in the classroom to enhance students' engagement, performance and learning experiences. Proficient with ESL teaching techniques. Adept at classroom management including via remote learning. Committed to lifelong learning and continued professional development.
