Prior to that I attended the University of Washington, where I completed my Bachelor's of Science in Biology and a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology. Starting before I completed my Bachelor's, I have been working with students to demystify learning. I have volunteered my time to help teenagers in underserved communities prepare for ACT and SAT testing. I also worked with small groups of elementary school students who were identified as performing below their grade levels. I am a firm believer in teaching a student how they learn. Each student is different and requires a different approach and a tutor must be flexible to be effective.

In my spare time, I love playing video games and board games. I also enjoy reading, dancing, and getting outside with my dog.
