About Me

I am able to meet the students' specific needs and can facilitate their learning. I teach the core subjects including English Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, and Science. My favorite subjects to tutor are reading and math. I believe that every child is capable of learning, but every child doesn't learn the same way or at the same rate. It is my job to help my students learn and realize that they are capable of learning. At the elementary level I also need to help motivate students to want to improve and meet their learning goals. Outside of teaching, I love spending time with my family, exploring local parks, reading, and jogging with my dog.
