With highly educated parents, education to me was like water to a fish. My undergraduate work was in Physics and Math (BA) with graduate work in math, Theology, and educational leadership (M.Div., M.A. Ph.D.). My calling as an educator has been to promote life-long learning in areas of life that assist the learner in rising to new heights of understanding, productivity, and healthy relationships. Some seeming deviations from this calling have been becoming a pilot, playing a lot of golf, and running international schools in South America for a missionary organization. I am a relational teacher and leader, warmly personal, and a strong adherent to principle with clear personal values, I am an encourager, a good listener, and an effective communicator. I love kids(/all people) as evidenced by having 4 of my own with 10 grandchildren (so far)!
