About Me

I'm a recent graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a degree in Criminal Justice & Philosophy and a minor in Women & Gender Studies. I aspire to get a higher degree in Sociology in order to eventually teach at a collegiate level. In the past, I've worked as a Tutor with first grade students and college students. I can tutor American History, English, Philosophy, Social Sciences, Government, Geography, and Essay Writing. All of these are a passion of mine, although I would say Philosophy and Social Sciences are my strongest. Any student can excel and it is my teaching philosophy that a Teacher or Tutor should adapt to the needs of the student to be more effective - rather than just simply teaching necessary material. Outside of academics, I love cats, running, Nintendo 64, reading the newspaper, traveling, and laughing!
