About Me

I graduated from Bowdoin College with a degree in Biochemistry and a minor in Psychology. I am currently in the process of applying to medical school--hoping to be able to go somewhere in California where I am originally from. I have been tutoring middle school and high school students in a variety of math topics for six years but my favorite subjects to tutor are Trigonometry and Geometry because I think there are many different ways to visualize these types of problems. Often times all it takes to understand a concept is an alternate way of thinking about it and I have found this eventual comprehension to be extremely rewarding for both me and the student. I spend most of my free time with friends eating delicious meals, watching movies and going to country music concerts.
