I am a reading interventionist at a performing arts academy and working on my 12th year as an teacher. I work closely with variety of students with different learning styles. I love what I do, I really enjoy seeing student learning watching those "ah ha" moments.

I am a graduate of The University of California, Los Angeles. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies with a focus on Public Health. After graduation, I traveled and volunteered in rural Guatemala as an English tutor. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students.
