I attended Jesuit High School in Carmichael, CA where I graduated with a 4.3 GPA taking multiple AP and honors courses (AP Bio, Chem, Physics B, Gov, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, English Lit, and English Lang). I'm a writer and filmmaker by trade. I've been teaching and writing for over twenty years, have a variety of academic and non-academic interests including films, books, sports, music, travel, languages, art, theatre and many more. I am available to work up to thirty hours per week. Friday through Sunday I would generally be free to tutor at any time; on Mondays, I am available during the day, and on Wednesdays, I am available from mid-afternoon (starting around three) through the evening. I am usually not available on Tuesdays or Thursdays. I would not need to take any month off.

I am a PhD candidate in Art History working hard to finish my dissertation! I'm originally from the PNW, but I've spent the last 8 years living in New York. Experiencing different worldviews is very important to me. I've lived abroad in France and love to travel and explore new spaces and ideas. I am currently completing a bachelor's of science in neuroscience at the University of Southern California. I will graduate from USC with honors in May, and although I am originally from the Midwest, I plan to stay in the Los Angeles area. My course background includes a full load of college-level premed courses (three years of biology, a full year of organic chemistry, biochemistry, etc.), and my favorite subjects are math, physiology, and writing.
