I am an accounting major at Loyola University Chicago. I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri before moving to Chicago. I decided to move here because of the vast career opportunities in accounting. I became a tutor because I have always enjoyed helping my fellow classmates with their homework. My personal goal in tutoring is to not only aid students in learning material, but also teach them how to learn material on their own.

I am a Chicago based CPA who has loved accounting since taking my first course at age fifteen. I attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and now currently am working towards my Master's in Business Education. Tutoring accounting is something I find a lot of joy in, because the concepts are applicable to everyone's lives and can benefit the way we understand the language of business. College Accounting and CPA-AUD are my favorite subjects to work with students on.

I am a graduate from the University of Michigan- Ross School of Business. I tutor in mostly math subjects, but also tutor in essay writing/editing as well as ACT and GMAT. I have tutored athletes throughout college and also tutored in high school. My tutoring style mostly involves asking leading questions so a student can figure out the correct answer on their own with some guidance. Outside of academia, I love to cook, hang out with friends and watch sports.

I am a Certified Public Accountant with experience working in the corporate world. After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in accountancy, I went on to work at KPMG in the corporate tax department. Through that position, I learned the tax compliance process for both federal and state returns.

I am a graduate of Oberlin College where I studied Jazz Bass Performance and Economics. I am also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honors Society.
