I am Dr. Lily Skots, a passionate educator with a Ph.D. in General Psychology, specializing in Cognition and Instruction from Grand Canyon University. With over five years of teaching experience in elementary education, I have a particular enthusiasm for teaching Russian, English language arts, and math. My approach centers on breaking down complex concepts into manageable parts, using engaging, real-world examples tailored to each student's interests. For instance, I successfully implemented a basketball-themed math game to help third graders master multiplication tables, which transformed learning into a fun and interactive experience.
