About Me

Hi parents and students! I am a 2022 graduate of the University of Minnesota's architecture program, and I have a minor in sustainability studies as well as interdisciplinary design. I am currently working as an architectural designer in Chicago! While my career and schooling were very analytical and STEM-oriented, I have a true passion and talent for reading, writing, and English. Need help on the English/reading/writing portions of the ACT? I'm your girl! Need someone to help you with a college admissions essay, or another important piece of writing? Look no further. I also love working with children and have lots of experience doing so, so if your child needs a little extra help with spelling or reading comprehension, I would be more than happy to help. I would also be so excited to pass on the Revit skills I have learned during my career to someone just starting or struggling to learn this powerful software. I have helped peers, coworkers, and even my boss get a better grasp of Revit. That being said - my knowledge falls more on the architectural/design side, rather than the engineering side. I can also help with architectural portfolio work/reviews, and architectural history coursework and exams. Oh, and I love French, and I am certified proficient by my university. I have taken French for over 8 years and I am passionate about learning more! While these are my main areas of expertise, I have a great deal of knowledge across the board in high-school-level subjects (I especially love history). One of the most important skills you can learn in high school is how to study and how to take tests, and I can help you with both. I'm looking forward to learning together!
