About Me

I am a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in Learning and Pedagogy. I own a fitness and wellness LLC and teach at our local community college, specializing in body-positive fitness and nutrition for life. I'm an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Tivity SilverSneakers Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Facilitator, and TRX Suspension System Instructor. I am here to support you in a real-life understanding of the concepts presented to prepare you for your ACE certification exams, nutrition classes (k-adult), cooking (k-adult), physical education (k-adult), elementary and middle school science, non-common core elementary mathematics, algebra 1, business and communications, and other courses.
