I am passionate about social justice and I believe a great part of justice is education. Education is empowering and fulfilling and I am privileged enough to have experienced this. Now, I want to help others experience the life-changing power of education as well.

I am strongly committed to bringing students to mastery. To accomplish this, I thought it was important that I am trained and educated extensively in this field. This is why I have obtained not only a Bachelor's degree in education, but I have obtained a Master's degree as well. I'm Alyssa! I graduated from Texas Christian University in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology (with Honors and a 4.0 GPA!). I am a current Doctorate of Physical Therapy student at Texas Woman's University, continuing my education in Kinesiology and related subjects.

I am most passionate about Photoshop, Graphic Design, Digital media, and Animation. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy singing which enriches my creativity, hiking, DIY Crafts, and playing softball.
