About Me

I'm an experienced tutor with a TESOL certification and over 15 years of experience teaching English and supporting students from diverse backgrounds around the world. My background includes ESL, academic English, reading and writing support, and test preparation, including the ACT, ACCUPLACER, and other academic entrance exams. I have also helped many Chinese students strengthen their English and application skills to gain admission to universities abroad. I work with Arizona State University's K-12 Step Up Tutor program, and I'm currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Communication at Arizona State University. In addition, I speak Spanish and conversational Mandarin Chinese, which supports my work with multilingual learners. I'm a patient, knowledgeable, and dependable tutor committed to helping students build skills, confidence, and academic success.
