About Me

I am passionate about helping students because I once experienced what it feels like to be in need of guidance. I have experience working with students, and they have consistently appreciated the safe and encouraging atmosphere I cultivate, where they feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them. I obtained my education from the University of the Philippines, the top university in the country. During senior high school, I specialized in science, engineering, technology, and mathematics (STEM). Currently, I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in education studies. I tutor in English, math, and writing, with a particular passion for writing. I find joy in helping students express their thoughts clearly and creatively, as writing is a powerful tool for communication. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment. I believe that each student learns differently, so I adapt my tutoring style to meet their unique needs. Outside of academia, I enjoy journaling, which allows me to reflect on my thoughts and experiences. This practice not only enriches my life but also informs my approach to teaching, as I value the importance of self-expression and personal growth.
