About Me

Hello, My name is Lisa Hall and I am a fun loving and jovial person who loves to travel and explore. I am a High School Math teacher with 20 years of teaching experience. My teaching experience has spanned across international borders with 7 years spent in Jamaica, 11 in London, Uk and the last 2 years in Johnston County, NC. I started tutoring in the past 9 years of my career and this has been a rewarding task. Even after migrating to the USA from England I still do online sessions with some of my tutees from the UK. I just love what I do! As your child's tutor, I will be punctual for sessions. I will be flexible if you need to re-schedule and thorough in my planning and differentiating of instructions. The first session will involve some assessment of strengths and areas that need developing. A report will be given at this stage and then we will work together on a plan to move forward with the main aim being to develop conceptual understanding of each topic taught to allow your child to improve his/her grade. Each lesson will be differentiated and planned extensively for her need. I look forward to being your child's tutor and helping to ensure educational success.
