Also I was a private GMAT tutor at the 'New Oriental School' which is the top English training institution in China. Both experiences gave me a lot of tutoring skills and made me a good teacher.My teaching philosophy is to make sure that my students really understand Chinese and the inner logic of the language rather than memorization.
