I do not fit in stereotypical academic categories. I was a humanities focused liberal arts major, a graduate of the Great Books program at St. John's College. But there I rediscovered a love of math and science which has led me to pursue Physics. I am a hard science geek who loves to read, and I want to help students learn to love all subjects and succeed at them too.

Hi everyone! I graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2017 with a degree in Neuroscience and then pursued a Masters. I received my Masters of Biomedical Sciences from Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in 2019. I am starting medical school this summer and currently help out with scientific research at the National Institutes of Health. I tutor elementary to high schoolers in mathematics and sciences.
