He is a very sharp student, and sometimes just needs to slow down and not try to do the whole problem in one or two steps. He should have a good number of tools to draw on for the exam.

We went over the nervous system. We started with electrical signaling and then went on to nerve cells and the organization of the nervous system. The student had not been familiar with the material in a while so we spent the time going over the main concepts as well as some specifics as we went over the problems in the book.
