I am a current student at the University of Florida pursuing a dual degree in public relations and business administration. i have been teaching others since I was 15 years old and believe that every subject can be interesting with a different perspective. As a younger tutor, I draw from my own student experience to communicate effectively with learners and make even the most complicated subjects easy to grasp. I am most passionate about teaching English, Music, Grammar, Writing and Calculus, and am fascinated by the power of the written word. Outside of school, I love fashion design, journalism, photography, music, and any opportunity to blog about the adventures I'm currently on.

Hobbies

I have been playing piano since I was three years old, and am extremely well-versed in anything musical. I also play flute, oboe, guitar, and sing. Along with my musical interests, I love to read any kind of literature. Personally, I'm a sucker for a historical fiction: I love a good, true backstory. I have also been sewing and designing clothing since I was 15 years old, and I now creatively direct/organize fashion shows in the Gainesville area. Finally, I love photography and getting to know a good camera. I wrote my college essay on the ability that taking photos has to capture memories and am entranced by the way a camera can communicate beyond words. Ultimately, I would love to work in communications for a luxury fashion brand someday and hope to someday take my career to a city as fast-paced and energetic as I am.
