About Me

My teaching path is not a traditional one. I actually started in the healthcare industry with a master's in healthcare management where I was not happy. I took on a job as a long-term substitute teacher. I took over a Kindergarten Inclusion classroom for the second half of the school year and absolutely fell in love! Not only could the school see the difference in the students, but the students made a huge difference in me. I have become a behavior therapist and tutor while in the process of switching my master's from a healthcare degree to early education degree in order to become a licensed teacher. I aim to make an impact on my students as much as they have for me.
