I live in Kansas City, Missouri, and I am a special education teacher in the Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools. Prior to teaching for KCKPS, I spent 10 years as a teacher assistant (paraprofessional) in the Park Hill School District. I earned a Graduate Certificate in Special Education from Walden University in 2016, an M.S.Ed. in Reading from Northwest Missouri State University in 2014, and a B.S. in Secondary Education – Social Science in 1999. I enjoy working with students of all ages, and I am comfortable with both in-person and online tutoring.
