About Me

I am honored to be considered as a tutor for your student! Education has been a passion of mine from a very young age. I remember forcing my younger siblings to sit for "lessons" - and I still enjoy creating those innovative, engaging lessons today! I am a certified English teacher for grades 7-12 and a certified Reading Specialist for grades K-12. I love working with students of all ages in order to highlight their potential and strengthen any areas of concern. My teaching experience includes teaching for over nine years at the high school level, I have taught all levels of high school English including AP Language and Composition, 9th grade Honors, 9th grade College Prep and remedial English, as well as test prep. My tutoring experience includes tutoring students of all levels, including SAT and ACT prep. I look forward to hearing from you and working with your student!
