A graduate from Washington University in St. Louis, I completed the pre-medical requirements along with a major in Psychology and a minor in Women and Gender studies. After graduating I worked for a year as an Americorps fellow for a program called AVODAH: The Jewish Service Corps, and I am currently working with young adults with Aspergers at a social service agency. I have extensive experience tutoring and mentoring children, teenagers, and young adults, including those with developmental and/or learning disabilities. These experiences have taught me to approach every new student as a unique individual with her or her own slew of strengths, limitations, and learning styles. I make sure to tailor my tutoring approach accordingly, as I continue to reassess the best strategies for that particular student's success.
