About Me

As a passionate educator with a Master's in Early Childhood Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago, I have over 5 years of classroom experience, specializing in elementary subjects such as English, Math, and Reading. I will also be return to school to school to earn another degree from Loyola Chicago University for International Higher Education. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity and confidence in my students. Having the work be creative is so important for students' learning. Creativity is the key to learning. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet each child's unique needs, customizing my approach to students' work and practice. I want my end goal is for students to be able to take ownership of their work and accomplishments.
