I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (master) and the University of Kentucky (bachelors) I received my Bachelor degree in Education with a focus on math and science. Since graduation, I have served in the military, tutored around the world as well as in multiple states in the U.S., and taught full-time in Virginia. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Math, and Science. I feel most fulfilled when my students have those "Ah-Ha" moments and are able to overcome academic struggles. I believe in making concrete real-world connections, as well as chunking and breaking difficult concepts into manageable pieces to find student success. I believe a strong education will build a foundation for each of my students.
