My specialties include Confidence Building, Study Skills, Test Prep, Reaching Reluctant Learners, and Reading Comprehension for Child and Adult Learners.

As a Tutor/ Teacher/Mentor my favorite subjects include Language Arts, K-5 Math, Science/Biology, Art, Advanced Thinking and Problem-solving, Time Management, and Study Skills.

As a tutor/teacher I've worked in public schools including an Arts Magnet Middle School, and on the Yaqui Reservation in classrooms K-12 from Gifted and Talented to Special needs and Autistic spectrum learners.

I have a B.F.A. in Communication Arts and Design from VCU and a Film Certificate from NYU; in addition to professional certifications as a SCRUM Master and in Project Management and Grant Writing, and a PADI SCUBA Instructor, and am looking forward to helping you reach your goals!
