About Me

I am a graduate of St. John's University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, minored in English. I also received my Masters of Arts in Experimental Psychology. Since graduating I taught pre-schoolers as well as elementary school children. My teaching experience has taught me how to simplify difficult subject matter to make it easily understood. I also learned that everyone has their technique to learning, it is just a matter of finding the best one for you. Within the last year, my career has shifted to law and I became a Paralegal. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about psychology. The field of psychology is always changing and constantly making us question how and why we behave the way we do. I believe that learning is a process which cannot be rush, each student has their unique learning style and should take it slow and steady to win the race. I enjoy traveling, yoga, and trying new food.
