About Me

Hi! My name is Emily and I'm excited to work with you. I have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Anthropology - and I'm just a big science and nature nerd. I currently work as a Project Manager for a federal government consulting firm, and my current project is with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). My favorite school subjects were environmental science and biology and I consider myself a lifelong learner. I am always reading a new book to keep my knowledge growing! Currently, I tutor the natural sciences (environmental science, earth science, biology, ecology, marine biology) as well as history, social studies, and English/literature. I have experience tutoring standard in-school students as well as self-study students for both AP Environmental Science and standard high school biology. I look forward to working with you to grow your love for learning (and science!).
