I graduated from Head-Royce School in Oakland, California, where I was president of the Achieve Academy tutoring program, working with K-6 students in English and math. I tutor a wide range of subjects, including K-12 English, math (pre-algebra to pre-calc), reading comprehension, writing, art, and test prep (ISEE, PSAT, SAT). My favorite subjects to tutor are writing and math. Writing has always been a passion of mine, and I love helping students build confidence in their writing skills by solidifying grammar and punctuation and developing a strong understanding of the basic essay structure. By getting to know my students' approaches to learning, I can help them understand concepts they previously struggled with. I believe that education is integral to finding joy in life, and I strongly champion making learning enjoyable and fostering a sense of curiosity in my students.

Outside of academia, I am passionate about music and art. I have played guitar and piano since elementary school, and I love to sing. I also enjoy drawing, painting, and designing my own clothes.
