About Me

I am from Taiwan; my native language is Mandarin/ Chinese. I received my bachelor's degree in the highest-ranking Hospitality University (NKUHT) in Taiwan. It has also been ranked amount the world TOP 38 universities in the QS subject ranking. I moved to the US about 2 years ago for my job as a hotel manager for the Hyatt corporate. However, on the side of my job, I have always been interested in teaching. Now I am a full-time teacher! I teach Dual immersion programs and high school Chinese classes in public schools. I also have 4 years of experience tutoring Chinese, and I found it super meaningful. I have successfully taught students from basic Chinese level to be able to communicate fluently in day-to-day life. I also have tutoring experience for different ages (from the youngest 2 years old children to 60 years old adults). I have experience teaching in 30 students' classroom and one on one tutoring. I am very adaptable according to the student's needs and level. I can teach both traditional and simplify Chinese.
