About Me

As an experienced educator with a Master's degree in Special Education, I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential. My diverse background includes teaching middle school and high school math, with a focus in special education, and developing comprehensive virtual learning curricula. I've had the privilege of working with students from various backgrounds, including English Language Learners and students with disabilities. I am particularly drawn to tutoring math. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps and watching students' confidence grow as they master new skills. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and tailored to individual learning styles. I believe that a positive and supportive learning environment is essential for student success. Beyond academics, I am passionate about cultivating relationships. I love to spend time with family and friends, especially at the beach! I also love to travel and learn new things. I am excited to work with students of all ages and abilities to help them achieve their academic goals.
