About Me

Let's make sure you are ready for it. I was the valedictorian of the Math Department at U. C. Berkeley. I also have a JD from the University of Michigan. Finally, I teach a seminar preparing students for the SAT. Specifically, I teach the following: 1. The different types of questions on the exam and how to approach each one. 2. Strategies to stay on pace during the exam. 3. Plans to recognize trick questions and get them right. 4. How to use Desmos to solve many of the math problems more quickly and more accurately. 4. Finally, I work with each student to focus on their weaknesses and turn them into strengths. My tutoring will give you the ability to improve your score on each portion of the SAT. I am also available to assist you with many math or statistics courses. In particular, I am particularly adept at guiding students through all levels of Algebra, Geometry, Pre-calculus, and Probability.
