I graduated from Columbia College with a degree in Neuroscience, and am currently a medical student at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. Along the way, I have worked and volunteered in healthcare, academia, and non-profit spheresboth domestically and abroad.Nurturing people to reach their full potential through tutoring is one of my passions, and I am eager to share this with the students of Varsity Tutors. I have been studying French for 7 years now and I have been familiar with Arabic since I was a child.I have tutored in various subjects like geometry, algebra, reading and comprehension, and others but my strengths lie in my language abilities. With tutoring, as a visual learner, I find that using pictures, videos, diagrams, or cultural references as an excellent way to help a student understand a difficult concept.
