Zenith's Culinary Arts Program prepares students to work in the fast paced, sometimes high pressure restaurant industry. Our classes are run as close to a real business setting as possible with students responsible for everything from receiving to serving to cooking and inventory. Students will receive hands on training in all aspects of the restaurant business and will become knowledgeable in safety and sanitation as well as how to handle food safely. The Pro Start Foundations curriculum is used as the basis for student information and assignments and upon completion of the program students will have the opportunity to take the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam. They will learn basic cooking techniques and, with time, be able to create their own culinary masterpieces.

This course will provide experiences necessary for the development of skills required to be a licensed nail specialist. The allocation of time to the nail specialty program is prescribed by the Florida state board of cosmetology. Topics covered include: manicuring, pedicuring, nail growth and structure, 3-D nail art, free hand art, nail extensions, sculpting, safety precautions, decontamination, sanitation, advanced nail techniques, industry concepts, salon management, and exposure to a salon setting and much more. This program offers a broad foundation of skills to prepare students for employment in the nail specialty field. The content includes but not limited to practical experiences in clinical and theory. Students engage in learning on live models, manikin hands, demonstrations, and computer based technology. Certificate of completion is awarded to students who successfully complete the program competencies and satisfy basic skill requirements in accordance with state guidelines. Program length: 240 hours.

In this high school Digital Video Technology course, students will explore the art of storytelling through hands-on projects that bring ideas to life using storyboards and structured planning. They will learn to edit and enhance video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, mastering techniques in cutting, transitions, effects, and audio synchronization. The course emphasizes the full production workflow – from concept development to exporting and publishing professional-quality videos. By the end, students will be equipped with the creative and technical skills needed to produce compelling digital media. Students also have the opportunity to earn industry certification in Adobe Premiere Pro, preparing them for careers in digital media and content creation.

Career program available to students as they complete their core academic courses. Prepares students for careers in early childhood education and child care services.

An industrial education STEM program for all 8th grade students to give them access to several career options through the Zenith Paxton Patterson Career Lab. An interactive learning environment where students explore various career paths through 14 diverse hands-on stations. The lab is designed to foster curiosity and creativity through educational activities including: Robotics, 3D printing, Structural engineering, Criminalistics, Computer game design, Alternative energy sources, and Health careers.

A program for pregnant or parenting students to complete high school graduation requirements while taking specialized classes in parenting and childbirth. The program includes access to an accredited on-site child care center allowing teens to complete requirements for a high school diploma while providing safe and stimulating care for their children.

A program featuring an apartment-style setting designed for students to gain life skills through hands-on activities such as cooking, cleaning, social skills, employability skills, and personal hygiene.

Advanced mathematics course covering algebra concepts. This course can be taken as an advanced course for 8th grade students or as a standard course in high school.
