International Model Site program focused on helping students acquire increased independence in sitting, standing, and walking. Students learn and gain more mobility and experience better health and enhanced personal dignity.

Develops general employability skills and prepares students for paid or unpaid employment in specific occupations. Students use a Transition Inventory and other assessments to identify job interests, receive classroom training in vocational classes, and participate in volunteer opportunities at various jobsites including: Art With The Heart (arts and crafts on and off campus twice a week), Shoppers Mondawmin (community-based setting for independence and workplace readiness), Rolling Road Country Club (restaurant and hospitality tasks), and Baltimore Museum of Industry (real-world tasks for career readiness).

Integrates social-emotional learning (SEL) and restorative practice to support the development of students with significant cognitive and physical disabilities. Students work to become active communicators and develop skills to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions. The program integrates behavior, sensory, and communication support to meet students' academic, social, emotional, and physical needs.

Comprehensive therapeutic support including occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language pathology, audiology, vision services, social work, and psychology services tailored to individual student needs.

Physical education program adapted for students with multiple disabilities, focusing on movement, fitness, and physical development appropriate to individual abilities.

Water-based therapeutic activities and swimming instruction adapted for students with physical and cognitive disabilities.

Music education and music therapy activities adapted for students with multiple disabilities.

Art education and art therapy activities adapted for students with multiple disabilities, including special education art instruction with adapted computer science integration.

Student-focused engagement opportunities to develop communication skills, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems, to help students become active communicators.

Medical support provided through a school-based Health Center with a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and nurses to meet students' medical needs in coordination with private nurses and families.
