Provides work-based learning, job coaching, pre-employment skills training, and preparation for competitive employment. Students complete a minimum of one job experience per semester. Includes collaboration with WorkAbility, Enterprise Zone programs, and Workforce Investment Act (WIA) programs.

Develops self-determination skills, informed decision-making abilities, and self-advocacy competencies. Students learn to communicate their needs, make choices about their future, and develop personal autonomy.

Provides instruction and support for students to engage in community activities, access community resources, and develop skills for independent participation in natural community settings. Instruction takes place in real-world environments.

Instruction in daily living skills essential for independent functioning, including domestic skills, personal hygiene and cleanliness standards, residential and housing issues, and community living competencies.

Provides training for the use of public transportation systems, developing skills for independent movement and navigation within the community and neighborhoods.

Instruction in financial literacy, budgeting, money management, and skills necessary for financial independence and decision-making.

Develops skills and provides opportunities for participation in recreation, leisure, and social activities within the community. Focuses on age-appropriate engagement in natural community settings.

Instruction in navigating public health systems, including public medical clinics, MediCal enrollment and usage, Department of Social Services, and wellness services. Develops health literacy and self-care competencies.

Access to literacy programs, adult basic education, General Education Diploma (GED) preparation, high school diploma courses, and collaboration with San Diego Community College District's Disabled Student Services for participation in college-level activities.

Comprehensive support services for students requiring daily, ongoing assistance including mobility assistance, community support, and intensive job coaching. Provides direct support for students who need substantial assistance in work, community, and home settings.

Community-based support program for students capable of moving and communicating independently in their neighborhoods and the community. Students conduct activities independently or with minimal, short-term staff support in their own communities.
