A career technical education pathway that engages students in mastering grade-level standards through media-based learning. Students develop proficiency in critical thinking, innovation, the production process, civic engagement, and college and career preparation. Focuses on communication skills through authentic media-based experiences.

Through partnerships with San Diego Community College District and other local postsecondary institutions, students can enroll in college courses at no cost, earning both high school graduation credit and college credit. Sample courses include Astronomy, Anthropology, Ethnic Studies, Music Appreciation, and Philosophy.
