Past examples include: Kokanee habitat restoration, 3D printing devices for physical limitations, writing graphic novels for marginalized audiences, 'I Know My Rights' (civil rights), and 'Frames of Change' (environmental photography). Students earn competency credits through these interdisciplinary projects.

A core program where students work two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) with regional businesses and professional mentors. Students learn durable skills like professional communication, workplace expectations, mindset, and perseverance while pursuing career interests. Over 500 mentors participate in the program.
