Environmental Sustainability (ES) provides opportunities for students to investigate and design solutions in response to real-world challenges related to clean and abundant drinking water, food supply, and renewable energy. Applying their knowledge through hands-on activities and simulations, students research and design potential solutions to these true-to-life challenges. Forensic Science applies concepts from biology, anatomy, physiology, chemistry, and physics to criminal and civil laws that police agencies enforce in a criminal justice system. An emphasis is placed on case studies and hands-on investigation. Algebra II CP, OR Algebra II H PLTW CS Principles is an AP-level course where students will spend an entire semester programming in Python, leveling up using the standard Python library, turtle, pygame, CSV, and matplotlib. This will draw heavily on the preexisting math skills students developed in their general education courses, as well as the precision, logic, and perseverance skills they developed in the CS Essentials.
