East Cooper Center for Advanced Studies – Fundamentals of Real Estate Practice

Real Estate 1 is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to begin a career as a Real Estate Salesperson. Students will conduct an in-depth examination of state, federal, and local regulations impacting the real estate industry, as well as the legal requirements to become a licensed real estate agent. In addition, students will develop the entrepreneurial skills required in the real estate industry by creating a business or marketing plan for a real estate practice.
Prerequisites: Marketing, Entrepreneurship, OR Virtual Enterprise 1
